Naomi Schiff is a renowned racing driver, presenter and Diversity and Inclusion Advoate. Naomi has shown incredible success in a historically male-dominated sport. Speaking about her experiences as an elite racing champion. Her fascination with motorsport began at an early age, and she started to show a talent for racing whilst racing karts at just 11 years old. Naomi went on to compete in the inaugural W Series championship in 2019 and became an ambassador for the Series in 2020. In 2022, she was invited to present the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team car launch with Natalie Pinkham. Showcasing a talent for presenting, Naomi then joined Sky Sports F1 as co-presenter of Any Driven Monday and later became the Sky Sports F1 team analyst. Paving the way for future racing talent, Naomi is a role model for the next generation of female racers. Thriving in a male-dominated sport, she has overcome several barriers to establishing herself as an elite racer, motivating her to become an outspoken advocate for diversity and inclusion in motorsport. Ariana Bravo, an F1 and Channel 4 presenter. With her friend l Steph Turner created the Driven by Diversity webcast as a component of Lindsay Orridge’s motorsport organisation. The podcast focuses on speaking to different individuals who come from underrepresented backgrounds, how they achieved their position in motorsport, and their experience in the world of racing.The aim was to provide those individuals with a platform whilst also inspiring others from similar backgrounds to pursue a career in motorsport or give them the confidence that it’s an industry they’re welcome in, that there’s a place for them in. Ariana was approached by Formula One Management (FOM) and began discussing the potential of working with them. In 2021, she was contacted by Autosport, who asked if she’d be interested in hosting their race coverage podcast. Now presenter with Channel 4 free to air viewing of F1 coverage in the UK, having a groundbreaking impact on the next generation
