Rio Ferdinand Foundation create opportunities for young people to tackle inequality, achieve their personal potential and drive social change. The Foundation provides support under four strategic themes Safe spaces; Health and Wellbeing; Strong, Safe, and Inclusive Communities; and Progression, Skills and Employability.

UK’s No 1 indoor karting company and our plans are to continue growing, opening more venues across the UK and Europe, bringing the fun of indoor karting closer to more people.

TeamSport operate 35 indoor go karting tracks across the UK and 5 in Germany. Now the UK's largest indoor go karting company, we have over 1,000 amazing crew members. In an average year, we have over 1.3 million visitors. All tracks are multi-level with state of the art go karts, enabling us to provide a safe, unique and exciting experience.

 

We have 20 electric tracks and 20 petrol tracks in total, with 16 electric tracks in the UK alone, that all provide F&B options and some offer additional leisure experiences.

They take immense pride in our strong commitment to social responsibility. We actively engage in initiatives that empower individuals and contribute to the betterment of society.

Founded By Rob Smedley, GKL IS AN AFFORDABLE PATHWAY TO THE TOP OF MOTORSPORT FOR DRIVERS AGED 6 – 17.  

There expert team provides the karts and training, all drivers need to do is turn up ready to race. 

We have events to suit all levels of ability, from first timers to experienced racers. We group drivers into three age groups: 
1.      Bambino (age 6 – 8) 
2.     Cadet (age 8 – 12) 
3.     Junior (age 12 – 17)

Our unique electric karts are designed by F1 engineers to ensure our racing is fair, so talent comes first. Our data insights and on-track coaching means we’re always helping drivers fulfil their potential. We’re building future champions, so at GKL you’ll develop exceptional knowledge in Science, Tech, Engineering and Maths.

A network of professional speakers who have a background in Elite Motorsport, which includes a knowledge base that has represented 17 current and former Formula 1 teams, including two World Champions. Not to mention, Formula E, Le Mans 24 Hours, Indy Car, Touring Cars (BTCC & DTM) and even one of only two people who can call themselves "the Stig".

These professionals can translate the lessons learnt in the high paced world on-track to unlock performance within your next corporate business event, whether that be Motivational, Keynote or After-Dinner, when it comes to subjects such as Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Performance, Well-being and Sustainability.

 F1 are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive sport, breaking down the stereotypes associated with a career in motorsports and encouraging people from all backgrounds to get involved, as we aim to create a diverse Formula 1 that reflects the world in which we race.
